Sensors and Software Pulse EKKO 1000 - Overview
The Sensors and Software Pulse EKKO 1000 is a high frequency GPR system consisting of a console, transmitter, receiver and choice of shielded antennas. The console is controlled by a DOS laptop (supplied).
The antenna frequencies available (225, 450, 900 and 1200MHz) and power output of the unit mean it is generally suited to shallow investigations. Please note that operation in the UK will require you to hold a licence, available from OFCOM.
The GEF has 1 PE1000 system available for loan to UK researchers.
If you wish to borrow the PE 1000 system you will need to use our standard application form and apply before the next deadline on 20th April 2018.
