Project Performance Report

An important part of the loan process is the Project Performance Report. This report informs the Facility of the outcome of the project and details any problems encountered with either equipment, customs or logistics. Facility staff and future users benefit from the information provided.

The report is due within 14 days of the return of the equipment. If you do not complete the appropriate form and return it within the allowed time, you may be excluded from borrowing any further equipment from the Facility until such time as we receive your report.
