You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.1 or newer to complete this form. We recommend saving the file to your computer and completing it offline. Please read the guidance notes provided to assist in filling in the form.
If you have not used the Facility before we would advise that you contact us before filling out the form to discuss your loan requirements. In addition, new users should submit their application at least one month in advance of the deadline to allow checking of the form before consideration by the committee.
Applications are peer reviewed by the GEF Steering Committee. The Committee meets twice a year (usually May and November). Only under the most exceptional circumstances will applications be handled outwith these meetings. Every successful bid for equipment will be subject to our Terms and Conditions.
The deadline for applications to the Facility has now passed. The next deadline is expected to be in October 2012
To allow sufficient time for the committee to process applications, successfully reviewed projects can not expect to begin until 8 weeks after the application deadline.
